This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by OutShyft, LLC, located at 124 N Nova Rd #118, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 ("Sponsor").
The Promotion begins on July 14, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
No purchase or payment is required to enter. Entry method and entry-count mechanics depend on which page an entrant signs up through, as described below. To enter:
Entrants are automatically eligible to be randomly selected as the winner from the date they complete step 1, subject to the entry limits and bonus-entry mechanics below.
After entering, an entrant may refer other individuals to join Beach Fishing Nation using their personal referral link. Referring others is entirely optional, free, and requires no purchase, payment, fee, or consideration of any kind. This Promotion uses two distinct, disclosed entry structures depending on which page an entrant originally signed up through. Only one structure applies to any given entrant, based on their page of entry.

Which path applies to an entrant is determined solely by the page through which they originally submitted their Entry and is fixed for that entrant for the duration of the Promotion; entrants cannot switch paths or combine the entry counts of both paths. Referral entries (under either path) are counted only once a referred individual has completed their own free Entry (confirmed sign-up). Self-referral, referral of duplicate/fake email addresses, or any other attempt to artificially inflate referral counts is prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor's records of confirmed referrals and each entrant's assigned path are final.
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) Penn Spinfisher VI spinning reel (or substantially similar model at Sponsor's discretion) (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100–$200 USD. Actual value may vary based on retailer pricing at time of purchase. Only one Prize will be awarded during the Promotion Period. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period, weighted by the number of entries each eligible entrant holds (1 or 2 entries under the Homepage Path, or 1, 2, or 3 entries under the Giveaway Path, per Section 5 above). The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 31, 2026, promptly following the close of the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by email to the address used to enter. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the Prize, or an alternate winner may be selected using the same random, weighted method. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By entering, participants release Sponsor, and its officers, employees, and agents, from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and city/state of residence for promotional purposes related to this Promotion, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Information collected in connection with this Promotion is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
